William Harris, a 19-year-old Boulder resident, was arrested on three counts of sexual assault Tuesday regarding an incident that night. On his arrest report, Harris listed his occupation as a CU student.
According to the report, Harris and a female were at a friend’s house. Harris began touching the female inappropriately while on the couch. The female told him to stop, so he stopped.
Harris then left the residence, according to the report, and came back a short while later to find the female passed out in a bedroom partially undressed.
Harris told police he then asked the female if she was “down with it” and she moaned. Harris said he began having sex with the female.
A few minutes later, the arrest report said, the female began screaming and hitting Harris, saying she thought Harris was someone else.
The female told police she had been asleep and began screaming when she woke up.
There is no information available regarding whether the alleged victim was also a CU student.
