Matthew Stringer, 44, was arrested Saturday morning for trespassing near Ramaley Biology. He was found around 9 a.m. with a laptop and multiple cell phones.

According to CU Police Department spokesperson Ryan Huff, Stringer has been arrested by CUPD multiple times before and has previously been convicted of burglary.

During a press conference Saturday, Huff confirmed that there had been no reports of looting on campus during the flood.
