CU football alums impacted Sunday's NFL games

Former Colorado Buffaloes football players made an impact on Sunday for their respective professional teams in Week 6 of the NFL season.

Here are five alumni’s performances that you should know about:

Chris Brown, Houston Texans running back: Brown had nine carries for a season-high 45 yards in the Texans’ big 28-17 win over Cincinnati.

Brian Iwuh, Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker: Iwuh had two tackles in the Jaguars’ 23-20 overtime victory over the Rams.

Mason Crosby, Green Bay Packers placekicker: Crosby had another big day with the Packers, nailing four field goals from 26, 28, 31, and 46 yards in Green Bay’s 26-0 shutout win over the Lions.

Justin Bannan, Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle: Bannan had three solo tackles in the Ravens’ 33-31 heartbreaking loss to Minnesota.

Jordan Dizon, Detroit Lions linebacker: Dizon had only two tackles in Detroit’s 26-0 shutout loss to Green Bay.

What to watch for on Monday Night Football: Tight end Daniel Graham will lead the undefeated Denver Broncos as they head to San Diego to take on the 2-2 Chargers. Game time is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. MST.
