Sarah Simmons

Sarah is a senior news-editorial and anthropology double major from South Denver. This is her fifth semester with CU Independent having previously been a news reporter, breaking news editor and news budget editor. She interned for Senior Colorado Senator Mark Udall in the communications office in the spring of 2011, spent the summer interning at the Boulder Weekly and is now interning with the Greeley Tribune. She is a diehard news junkie, loves hockey and French bulldogs. She hopes to be found 20 years from now in a different country writing for National Geographic.
