CUPD released a sketch of the suspect in the April 27 attempted sex assault on the west side of campus near Broadway.
“According to the victim, the suspect approached from behind, pushed her to the ground, placed a pair scissors to her throat, and began to remove her clothing,” a CUPD press release said.
The victim fought back against the attacker by striking him in the face and was able to get away.
Police are looking for a man around 50 years old who is about 5′ 6″ tall with a scruffy beard, crooked teeth. He was wearing dark athletic shorts and a white t-shirt.
