Foods at CU look appetizing, but many students are unaware of the nutritional value of the foods provided at Grab-and-Go’s and dining halls. Currently there are no nutritional values provided with the foods, but many foods do specify certain allergens. Dining services work with students individually to fulfill their dietary needs. A software program is also being installed to allow students to navigate the nutritional values of certain foods they consume.
