There’s a select population on campus that isn’t partaking in the one-night stands on the Hill: Those in long-distance relationships.
To most college students, that might seem bizarre. It’s no mystery that many students enter college looking forward to the drunken nights with newfound friends, exchanging phone numbers and bodily fluids in the same night. But some students opt for nurturing their long-distance relationship as opposed to finding flings.
It’s hard enough for college students to sustain a relationship during school, let alone one with hundreds or thousands of miles between them.
When individuals live in the same city, sex lives can get dull. But with proximity comes erotic options. There are always different moves to be tried in the bedroom, new sex toys to be bought and costumes to be worn.
For the long distance couple, a sex life can seem almost nonexistent. And, as October creeps toward a close, the time apart can seem infinitely long and the dry spell indefinite.
Don’t give up hope on those urges yet! We’re in 2010, an era of technology. Keeping the flame burning just got easier.
Welcome, students to the age of digital foreplay. Sex and technology have always been compatible mates; as communication evolves, so do creative means for a carnal nation.
After all, cell phones can be used for more than the occasional phone call home. And sexting isn’t just for immature and untrustworthy high school students.
If you’re not paying international rates, run up that cell phone bill! Send your partner a dirty text in the middle of the day to let them know you’re thinking about them (and what you want to do with them).
Hard-line heavy breathing can be an effective substitute for a close encounter.
Cyber sex is so 2004. Skype is where it’s at.
For the couple in different zip codes, states or even different countries, a Skype account should be a necessity.
Video chatting not only allows you to see your significant other at any time, but it also creates an opportunity for visual engagement.
The fun begins when you sign up for an account. Give a little strip tease, try a little mutual masturbation and start having a sexy time.
Long-distance relationships are never easy (and believe me, I know). But tech-sex can ease the distance and keep intimacy alive, even just a little bit.
So start beating the distance and other things as well.

My wife and are are already do all that we are 1200 miles away and its fun. We started with our cell phones sending dirty text and pictures and videos. I bought us a couple laptops with web cams and it is even more fun. We watch each other talk and all. Sometimes the no sexual is just as fun as the sexual.
We are meeting this weekend in Vegas and like the saying what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
