A CU student sustained a knife wound to his left arm during an attempted robbery on campus around 3 a.m. Saturday morning.

According to a CU Police Department email to students, the victim was approached on the south side of the Regent Administrative Center by two male suspects with a knife. The suspects are described as white males from 18 to 21 years old, around 5′ 8″ and 175 pounds. The first suspect had short blond hair, a CU baseball cap, gray sweat shirt and red athletic shorts. The second suspect had short brown hair, a blue shirt and blue jeans on.

The suspects demanded money and when the victim fought back he was wounded. The victim was treated and the wound was not considered critical.
