Pet of the Week 3/9/09

Sadie is a very sweet, caring dog who is looking for a new family. She has been very playful with the tennis ball during her stay at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley. This 103-pound dog really enjoys going out for walks and does not seem reactive to other dogs. Sadie was freshly groomed at Dog City on February 24, and she comes with a discount offer for her next grooming there. Sadie has been diagnosed with heartworm disease. Total cost for heartworm treatment is $500-700, HSBV does cover these costs. Sadie’s adopter will need to schedule an appointment with HSBV and adhere to follow-up care for successful elimination of the disease. If you have any questions about Sadie and/or her heartworm disease, please feel free to phone us. Sadie is a pretty lady who will tug at your heart strings.
