Another restaurant in Boulder is attempting to compete in the cutthroat late-night scene. It’s a slow start to Friday night as Tahona transforms into a DJ dance party. The bar offers a great view of Pearl Street, but unfortunately that only adds skepticism to their late-night pitch.
