Two CU-Boulder football players were arrested early Thursday morning on accusations of theft, according to CU-Boulder police.
Linebacker N.J. Falo and running back Dino Gordon, both freshmen, are accused of stealing prescription drugs, laptops, video games and other electronics from a dorm room in Willard Hall earlier in April.
Falo and Gordon were booked at the Boulder County Jail in the early hours of the morning on suspicion of second-degree burglary, theft of between $2,000 and $4,999 and second-degree trespassing. They are both being held on a $5,000 bond, and have been suspended indefinitely.
Falo appeared in seven games last season and made 17 tackles. Gordon redshirted and didn’t play.
This continues a rough offseason for Colorado football; quarterback Cade Apsay and defensive back Evan White were dismissed from the team for violating team rules, and defensive end Nathaniel Robbins was arrested on suspicion of 18 charges, including multiple counts of assault, kidnapping, resisting arrest and arson.
