Beau Bisharat, a four-star athlete according to both Scout.com and 247sports, committed to play for the University of Colorado via Twitter on Tuesday evening.
Bisharat, a 6-foot-2, 210-pound running back and linebacker who Scout.com ranks 283rd overall in the country, had committed to play for Stanford football last May, only to re-open his recruitment this past month.
The native of Carmichael, California has chosen Colorado on the eve of National Signing Day over 20 other offers, including nearly every other school in the Pac-12. Bisharat’s offers within the Pac-12 include Arizona, Arizona State, Cal, Oregon, Oregon State, Utah, Washington, and Washington State.
Regardless of whether Bisharat ends up playing offense or defense for the Buffaloes, the addition of this highly sought-after recruit will bolster Colorado’s 2016 recruiting class.
