The Colorado Buffaloes hosted the no. 19 Oregon Ducks on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at the Coors Events Center in Boulder.
The Buffs came away with a decisive victory, 76 to 53, thanks in large part to their stifling defense. The defense held the Ducks to 37.5 percent shooting and held all Ducks to single-digit point totals.
Xavier Johnson led all scorers with 22 points, shooting a perfect 7 for 7 from the field, including 3 for 3 from 3-point range.
This win was the 20th on the season for the Buffs, bringing their record to 20-9 (10-7). Up next is Oregon State on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Coors.
