Starz Denver Film Festival
Showing hundreds of new movies from around the world, the 35th annual Starz Denver Film Festival, running through Sunday, will screen movies for any type of cinema fan. Tickets range in price depending on event and are available through the Denver Film Society’s website.

Daniel Craig returns as deadly-smooth James Bond in this newest adaptation of the beloved series, out this Friday. Javier Bardem joins the stellar cast playing what he does best — a creepy, psychotic villain with bad hair. Hold on to your martinis, it’s going to be a thrilling ride.

Becoming Van Gogh
More than 70 of Van Gogh’s works help tell the story of his enthralling life in this exclusive exhibit at the Denver Art Museum. Tickets for the exhibition are available online or at the museum, and include general museum admission. More information can be found at the Denver Art Museum’s website.
ELECTION DAY
Election Day at Centro
Reward yourself for doing your civic duty with margaritas and queso at the Centro Latin Kitchen on Pearl Street. Wear your “I Voted” sticker to the Centro on Nov. 6 and receive Happy Hour food and drink specials all day.
Colorado GOP Election Night Party
The Colorado Republican Party will host their election night watch party at the Sports Authority Field at Mile High starting at 7 p.m. on Nov. 6. Tickets are free, as well as the live music, complimentary refreshments and light snacks will be provided.
Boulder County Democratic Party Election Night Party
From 6 p.m. until 11:30 p.m., the Boulder County Democratic Party and Democratic Women of Boulder County will be hosting all who wish to join them in spectating the election on the cinema screen in the Boulder Theater. All ages are invited, and they will accept a $10 recommended donation at the door.
