President Obama will continue his “Road to Charlotte” tour with a visit to CU on Sunday, Sept. 2.
The president will speak on Norlin Quad and doors will open at 10 a.m. It is still unknown at what time Obama will be speaking. Tickets will be available for distribution Thursday Aug. 30 starting at 10 a.m.
Tickets will be available on campus at the west side of Norlin Quad from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets will also be available at the Obama for America offices on the Hill and on Pearl Street, as well as at the offices in Longmont, Louisville and Broomfield.
The president visited Colorado State University in Fort Collins on Tuesday and held a conference call with 24 universities, including CU, to reach out to young voters in this year’s election. This visit marks the president’s second visit to the campus this year, the last being in April.
