In Colorado’s ninth shutout loss this season, the women’s tennis team fell to the University of Utah 7-0 Saturday in the final match of the regular season. The Buffs haven’t won a conference match in 25 attempts with the last win coming in 2010.
The loss drops the Buffs to 7-14 overall and finishes off a winless conference season where they lost all ten matches. This is the second consecutive season the Buffs haven’t won a match in conference.
Utah is now 3-7 in the Pac-12 and 11-10 overall.
The Buffs will play in the Pac-12 Tournament starting on April 26. The opposing team has not yet been decided but will be the number 11 seed.
