Stanford beat down CU 48-0 at Folsom Field Saturday, taking the Buffs to 1-8 on the season.
Freshman Justin Solis was carted off the field in the third quarter. Head coach Jon Embree said in a post-game press conference that this was only precautionary and that Solis had movement.
Overall, the Buffs rushed for -21 yards versus Stanford’s 206 and passed for only 97 versus Stanford’s 230.
Additionally, sophomore Darragh O’Neill punted the ball nine times for 402 yards, five times as many total yards the Buff’s offense had the whole game.
Embree and company travel to Tucson, Ariz. next week to take on 5-3 University of Arizona.
